Important Instructions for Students

1.     Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2.     Before leaving the college, all students must have paid their educational fees as prescribed by the college.

3.     If any fee dues are outstanding in the name of a student, the student will not be permitted to appear for the University examination until the entire outstanding amount has been paid.

4.     Students applying for a duplicate Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be required to pay the entire educational fee as applicable.

5.     Students eligible under the Government of India Scholarship Scheme who fail to submit their scholarship application within the prescribed time limit will be required to pay the full educational fee for the respective semester.

6.     Notifications and instructions received from the University, University Grants Commission (UGC), other institutions, and the Government of Maharashtra regarding fee concessions and other matters, as well as information relating to examinations, practical examinations, scholarships, etc., will be displayed on the college notice board. Students concerned are required to take note of such notices. The college will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused to a student due to failure to read or take note of such notices.

7.     Students shall not participate in any protest march, agitation, or movement without the prior permission of the Principal. Similarly, no organization may be formed within the college, nor may any external person be invited for a meeting or lecture, without the prior approval of the Principal.

8.     Any damage to the college building, electrical installations, classrooms, or other college property—for example, writing on walls, breaking window panes, etc.—will be viewed seriously. The cost of the damage will be recovered from the students responsible.

9.     All students are required to strictly follow the discipline, rules, and regulations of the college.

10. Students are required to maintain a minimum of 60% regular attendance. Students who do not fulfill the required attendance criteria will not be permitted to appear for the University examination.

11. Students must carry their College Identity Card (ID Card) with them while on the college campus. In case of loss of the Identity Card, a new Identity Card may be obtained by paying a fee of ?100/-.

12. Obtaining admission by submitting false or forged documents, or misusing government concessions, is a punishable offence. If such a case is detected, strict action will be taken as per the applicable rules and regulations.

13. Bringing deadly weapons, explosives, narcotic substances, or any other articles that may cause harm to the body onto the college campus is strictly prohibited.

14. If any student is found engaging in misconduct or any act of indiscipline on the college campus, the Principal shall have the authority to cancel the student’s admission at any time, as per applicable rules. Such incidents will be officially recorded.

15. All students are required to strictly follow the uniform prescribed by the college on a regular basis.

16. If any student attempts to engage in ragging or harassment, appropriate action will be taken against the student under the prevailing laws and regulations, and the student’s admission may be cancelled as per the applicable provisions.

17. Smoking and the consumption of gutkha, tobacco, or similar substances on the college campus are strictly prohibited. Any student found violating this rule will be subject to disciplinary and/or penal action as applicable.

18. Once admission has been confirmed, change of subjects will not be permitted. Students wishing to change their subjects must complete the required procedure at the time of submitting the admission application.

19. Students are required to behave respectfully and courteously with the Principal, teaching faculty, and other college staff.

20. Students must comply with all instructions issued by the Principal.

Important Note

Students should keep the required original certificates/documents and their photocopies submitted along with the admission application safely with them. After admission, original documents will not be returned to students on any grounds.
